Hi, I am posting on behalf of my girlfriend, she awoke this morning to find that her Memrise account has been hacked. But not only hacked, its actually been completely stolen from her. All the details have been changed and the only way we found the account was through the courses she had made and her points. She received no notification of this what so ever and it seems someone has quite simply just taken her account off her without a single thing stopping them. She hasn’t given her password out at all and judging by their name the new user appears to be from somewhere in Asia, where as herself and I both live in the UK, so hence why we believe this to be an online hack rather then a attack from someone personal. Has this happened to anyone else and is there anyway this would be able to be reversed, she had 2 years worth of revision for her Uni course on the account and now its all just gone.
