The app stops working repeatedly. If that happens, I can still start it, but the content is not loading.
The course list is empty, too.
Restarting the app does not help, restarting the phone does not help. Only way that helps is uninstalling and reinstalling the app completely.
I already had to un- and reinstall it 5 or 6 times in the last week!
This seems strange…You have tried everything that I would have suggested to try to rectify the problem. I am tagging @Joshua a staff member should be able to help you with this.
I’ve been having the exact same issue for a while now, though in the last week it has gotten significantly worse - before, if I left it for 20 minutes or so it would eventually load, but now it won’t. I haven’t been able to access courses all afternoon. A solution would be much appreciated as I have paid for Memrise Pro and can’t use it…
Turning off the internet, wait 2 seconds, and turn it on again fixes it sometimes for me. It never keeps hanging literally forever, it eventually moves on. But yours hangs indefinitely, right?
mine sometimes hangs for a long time when starting off-line, switching to the Pro tab and back can help. I suspect that’s not the same issue you’re facing, though…
