I just found out that I lost my 997 streaks in SAT Comprehensive. Does anybody know how to get this fixed? I emailed Memrise and I’m told that they are working to improve it, but not going to update/restore streaks. So my almost 3 years doing this every single day just disappears like that… I truly hope not.
You probably have to get used to it, I’m afraid.
The only advice I can give is to not rely on what Memrise (particularly the app) tells you. Instead, do your own counting. If your goal is set to 5min you’ll have to score 1500 points/XP.

I used to had my memrise streak in almost 428 days but since they last uploads the app even when I finish my daily courses when I close it an open it again the app showed me that I haven´t finish my courses and for that mistake finally I lost my streak. What I did? I downloaded the older versions and I work currently with this one. Despise of this I had wrote so many times to get my streak back but memrise didn´t.

Thanks you, Olaf and Meuwww, it is just terribly disappointing. I lost some 400 streaks on another course but because I thought well I still have this one and I were going to 1000 streaks so I just let that one go. But this one, I’ve done it since 2016 and I tried to keep my streaks even during my most busy, stressful days and in various countries. This is just sad. I guess I will just try something else - after the getting rid of the titles like Membassador, Meminence etc, the moving to Deck thing, the new design.
