I am doing the following course :
On the web version it correctly shows 210/210 questions completed and 22 levels.
However on the App it shows 190/210 questions completed and only 20 levels.
Is this a sync error at my end or is this a bug ?

Hi @sifushano levels 20 (81-90 reversed) and 22 (91-100 reversed) are not showing on android, even though I finished them several weeks ago. Any ideas what’s going on ?

@albo2albo ~ hope all is well with you. For what it is worth, I downloaded this course as an iOS app and all levels display as expected. So the web and iOS versions are fine. Not sure why Android would differ, but hopefully someone can help you. Did you try the basics of uninstalling and re-installing it ? (You know someone is going to ask you that question…)

Do you mean delete the course or the entire app ? I’m guessing you mean the app, but I thought I’d check first lol
If you do mean the app then I’m guessing this is a recurring problem experienced by other users ?
Just the course. If that doesn’t work, you can consider re-loading the app, but that is a means of last resort.
@pdao - I just noticed that I had this course set to offline mode for some reason - when i changed it back to normal online mode it reset itself and is now working normally. Many thanks for your help and suggestions which were pretty much on the money.
