Android ios and life time membership

hi ! i have two questions
1-i use an android and i will take a pro mambership, may be in 3 or 4 mounths i buy an ios device. so can i transfer my accont from android to ios ?
2-i want to take a life time membership but it’s so expensive.at the one year membership there is a %50 discount… will any discount come for lifetime membership ? or can you give me an discount code ?
