[Android app] Content is not loading

Hi,

Recently I’m having issues with the Android app, it’s stuck on the loading screen and it doesn’t load the content (I’m on Japanese 1 course)

I have already done the following:

  1. clear cache and user data
  2. logout and login again
  3. uninstall app and re-install from Google Play

None of them solved the issue.

Has anyone experienced this kind of issue lately?
