I got a bug with Memrise on web. I have a few courses in different languages. All of them have the same problem. For each of them I use the app on my phone when I learn new words. So some of courses are already completed. Other one has already started. However, on the web all of the courses still have not started. What could I do to see the actual amount of words learnt both on the web and in the app?

Sure, it does. I use the app on my mobile device almost every day. The web version of Memrise I use just for adding new words. But I would like to use it also for learning. I can’t do it because of the problem of synchronization. There is no problem with the courses on my mobile gadget. It’s about the web version. The problem appeared a few months ago.

did you download your courses to your phone? Normally the bugs are the other way round, that i learned words on the web version or added chapter that i can’T even see on the app. After unchecking the download option and checking it again (downloading it again), everything is fine again and i see all the “new words”.
I guess this is the same synchronization problem connected to the download/offline option that simply doesn’t work like it should or like you would it expect to work.
So if the courses are downloaded it seems just to synchronize the amount of words to review and the points with the web display, but not the content/progress of the courses.
