Hi.
My cousin has challenged me to learn Al Bhed from the Final Fantasy X game and to also create a memrise course so he can learn it as well.
I was thinking of using an Al Bhed translator I found.
I was just wondering though if there were any Al Bhed memrise courses all ready? (I haven’t been able to find any, but thought I’d ask just in case I can’t find them for some reason)
Also, if anyone has any advice on creating a course like this ie; with the levels first I’ll do the alphabet, but what vocab is more important to learn first?, how do other people decide on what should be put in the early levels of a language course first?
Is there maybe a list somewhere of the most used English words?, then I could use that and do those words first or something.
Also, I know that the letters in Al Bhed are just switched with English letters, but the way the language is spoke isn’t English, so does anyone know what language the spoken Al Bhed is based on? (As I want to use text to speech, to add audio to the course also)
Sorry if this doesn’t make much sense, lol. Just trying to think about making this course is confusing me, haha.
