I have updated the Program to the latest version. after that I noticed that these two options no longer work.actually I am a free member. although these options are considered ad the premium options, but sometimes the program offered to enjoy them freely, after new Update program offers but both of them don’t work at all. I removed the program and reinstalled it but even this approach didn’t work. could someone help me to address this problem?
I think Memrise may have made these features completely member-only. They mentioned something about this not too long ago in another thread somewhere.
