Sometimes after I finish learning, or practicing words, it won’t show the usual stats and won’t react to clicking “Next”, sometimes even for minutes and then I have to redo 1, or more words, because they are not saved as practiced/learned.
Using Chrome on 2 Separate computers on different networks with different versions of Windows.
I have tested turning off an extension I use on both computers, but still encountered the error.
I can confirm that the web buttons are not always clickable when I finished a review session (even on Firefox).
When you use Firefox you need to press F12 to show the browser web console; I am not sure what the hot key is for Chrome.
Have you tried to deactivate Tampermonkey (all scripts) temporarily?
Would you please scan the browser console for any red JS errors and post them here?
Personally I would expect that no errors or warnings are shown in the console but the buttons still freeze for any reason.
I seem to have the same problem, but on an Android phone… After I finish learning in some courses, a “blank page” shows up…
