Adding words to review queue

I want to avoid the initial drilling of the word if I already know it and just add it to review queue without the need of learning it by typing it basically 5 times.

Is there a way to do that? I know there is ignore feature, but that just removes the word completely.

There is no “official” method. However, @cooljingle has kindly provided his Memrise Auto Learn userscript. More info in this thread.
