I just inadvertently deleted my goal for a particular course which was well over a year - so as you might expect I am very annoyed with myself. Is there any way to get this back @Lien? Thanks.
You can get your Streak restored by completing this form:
Submissions may take a couple of weeks to go through. Please keep up with your daily Streak in the meantime to see the changes appear. To reset multiple Streaks, please submit a separate request for each Streak loss.

Hello @MemriseMatty, unfortunately my streak for that course is not yet fixed (adjusted). It is sitting at 43 days (back to July 4, when I first posted my problem. Prior to that it would have been in excess of 200 days (maybe even over 300 days - not sure). Would you kindly take another look at this. Thank you.
The details you provide in the form give us the information needed to reset the Streak. We can see this equated to 43 days. If this is incorrect, please fill in the form above with the correct details

Hello @MemriseMatty, I apologise because I must have erred when completing the first form back on July 4. I don’t recall the exact date I started that course but have estimated it to be 350 days. The 43 days which you can see on my page right now, are since July 4 (when I first lost the streak). I hope this all makes sense and that it can be rectified and wish to thank you in advance for reviewing this. Maxine

Hello @Memrise Matty, I haven’t been on the web for a day (just app) - now back on the web and have just noticed that my streak is now all fixed. Thanks so much I appreciate it.
I used the streak restore form after similarly accidentally turning off the goal, and my streak was restored very quickly, so thanks for that. However, I’ve noticed that an extra day was added to the streak. It doesn’t really matter, but if possible I’d like to preserve the original number of days and not have an extra one (especially since it was originally at the same number of days as another course I’m doing). What should I do?
