I bought the subscription at the weekend so I could use the extra features on the A1 German course, but I can’t access Meet the Natives, Pronunciation and Speed Review. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and have sent a bug report but wondered if anyone knows a fix.

This is the first level of the official memrise German course, is it the same one as you are doing?
I think they mean this one.
And Meet the Natives is only for Official courses. Such as German 1 like @amanda-norrsken listed.

I had wondered about that “A1” thing, because I don’t think the official memrise courses mention “A1” or anything like that.
A1 German is an official memrise course. I’ve had a subscription and access to all the extras for a while before. It lapsed and now I’ve bought it again it isn’t working.
I think this is one of their very first German courses and therefore it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that the newer courses have, maybe?
Are they even still curating this?
