About Pro Membership cancellation

Hello Memrise,

I’ve always been a paying Pro-member on Memrise, and I see that my next payment is due in November 2019. If I were to cancel my subscription, would that be effective immediately, or will I be able to use the pro-functions until that time?
I, like I’m sure 90% of paying members, plan to cancel my subscription now that the whole Decks-fiasco is about to happen.

Since it’s been more than 30 days, you won’t get a refund, and you will continue to have access until November 2019 (I just cancelled as well).

I wan’t to end my pro membership when the user created course are gone. They need to refund because they are not longer offering what i’ve paid for.

Exactly. I paid so I could have community courses off-line. I would like a refund, but my 30 days just expired…

Can I get a refund on my lifetime subscription? Since Indonesian is -only- community courses Memrise is useless to me now.
