A mistake found in the Thai tones course

I’ve just found a mistake in the Thai tones course (Thai tones - by Palagi - Memrise):

In Level 10 (" Determination w/o a sign"), “Long vowel (ex 1: ถุง / ex 2&3: บาน)” is said to represent “FALLING (class 1) / MID (class 2&3)”, which should be “RISING (class 1) / MID (class 2&3)” instead. That is to say, for a word with a long vowel without any tone marker, the resulting tone is rising (not falling) for Class 1 consonants (high consonants) and mid for Class 2 and Class 3 consonants (mid consonants and low consonants).

@palagi, I hope you’re still around :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:.
