For both sentences I’ve added an alternative, so that in either case “We are looking forward to” and “We look forward to” will be accepted as correct answers. Hope that helps!

Merlijn kun je me uitleggen wanneer je going to gebruikt en wanneer will go. Ik ga elke keer weer de mist in om het maar niet te hebben over going to go to. Dat heb ik overigens nog nooit horen zeggen in Engeland, hihi.
