Not sure who else here is doing this course or how to contact the course maintainer, but I was kinda surprised that the word “volere” (or its conjugations volgio etc.) haven’t appeared so far, despite being surely a top-100 word that’s used all the time. I’ve gone through the first 500 words and still not seen it though.
BTW I’m now pretty sure that this course is not the 2000 most commonly used Italian used at all, but someone who’s taken the 2000 most commonly used English words and just tried to find a translation for them, often finding translations that are not the way the words are most commonly used anyway…
