Bonjour… I have 2 little problems, mems arent displaying in the android app and the native speakers section won’t work. It gives me the option for the native speakers and then says I need to learn more words…
I have re-installed the app, deleted and re-downloaded courses and logged out and in several times. Also tried on 2 different devices… Does anyone have a solution??

Which courses are you studying that don’t have the native speaker functionality? As far as I know, this functionality is only available for the official Memrise courses, and only for certain languages.
When you say that mems aren’t displayed, what do you see?
I can see that there are mems, so 1/7 for example. When I click into them they display an off white box with no memory.
I am using both official and unofficial courses, studying french.

And for the “meet the natives” was it there before ?
Hi, I’ve had a look at your current level (French 1 level 6) and looked into the database.
There are no videos in that level, this might be the reason why you see the error message. Not all words, phrases and sentences contains videos.
Could you elaborate more on the Mems not displaying? Mems are created by the community and by Memrise (Parts of our Official Course), not all words have a Mem attached to it. Most likely, no one created the Mem for that particular word.
I have noticed that if you don’t have words to review meet the Natives always shows this message.
Just a suggestion:
Go to your application permissions and check you have memrise to access your storage
