Windows 10 Korean keyboard does not match courses' characters

Hello All,

I am currently Learning through the module “Korean 1”, section 2 and 3 for Learning the alphabet.

Problem is, there are many cases in which the characters i fill in using the native Windows 10 Korean keyboard will not be accepted as a valid answer to the questions.

I tried different things, for instance using the “former Hangul” Microsoft keyboard available in Windows 10.
It seems this one keyboard works better, but here is also a problem: there is a space automatically added after each character i type, which is also very annoying.

Do you have any tips for not struggling with keyboards and korean characters every time i want to learn and type korean?
Let me precise that I am French then using a French keyboard on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 device and desktop PC.

Thanks for any help!

@NaYoungOh Can you help with this?

I’m using Windows 10 keyboard and it’s all fine.

@SbastienVilbois In level 2, do you have problem only with those:

?

If so then the problem is not on your end.

Hi
Sorry for the late reply. I’ve checked the issues. Could you please tell me if you have the option of downloading the Android app or the IOS app on another device? This is quite a complicated problem. In the meantime, using the app instead of the website would solve your problems.
So that is my best advice to immediately solve your problems. Please keep your feedback coming. It is greatly appreciated
Sorry for not being of more help on the web-issue as of yet. We will work on it as soon as we can.

Hi there.
I’m having the same issue with korean single letters (only consonants), inspite of being just like the example, the answers are always incorrect.
Any solutions?
