What's up with Chatbot?

I’m working on Spanish (Mexico) 1 [from English] and my ‘Next Up’ occasionally says Chatbot, but every time I do it it’s the same ‘who are you’ english chat. I’ve done it 4 times now. First two times I gave 5 stars at the end. The last two times 1 star as I’m tired of doing it.

Is it broken? Not implemented? Am I not far enough along? Why does it keep recommending Chatbot as my next up?

Probably same as: Chatbots repeating [British English 2, German 1].
