Hello! I’ve finished my 400 words of TOEFL course a long time ago and since then I worked on my streak. I was on day 273 and after doing all the revision yesterday, this morning I noticed the streak is just gone. Is there a way to retrieve it, as I’d not like to lose all this work because of a bug?

I sent you guys a private message couple days ago regarding a streak reset on my own private course (https://www.memrise.com/course/1160045/jlpt-n2-n5-difficult-words/).
After that I have accumulated couple streaks (below 10).
Today it happens again. It is again resetting to zero on both Memrise website, Decks website, and iOS app.
Would you please take a look?
