On my Android 10 phone, I’ve just noticed that several courses (community ones) have a blank in the circle.

I’ve noticed that avatar pictures on web are affected as well.

Something like this has been happening to me too, I was looking at a friend’s profile but their profile pic was blank and just said in green words: Profile avatar

Same here. All Mems in the Android app are gone as well - all you’ll see is a black nothingness.

Hi all, I can reproduce this both on Android and on the website. There must be some cross-platform issues with pictures.
I’ve raised this to the team and I’ll share any news on the resolution soon.

You’ve probably already checked it out but, if not, a similar bug is affecting the iOS app, too.

This was a platform issue that has now been fixed. The fix should be reflected on all platforms now or soon enough - if you still experience issues, please try to log out or reinstall the app to refresh the system.
