Ongoing incident: 502 Gateway Timeout / Error 404 on the website and in the apps
We are aware of an issue that is causing learners to receive a 502 Gateway timeout error when loading the Memrise website or a 404 error when loading the app. Our developers are working on a fix for this now. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to have you back learning on Memrise as soon as possible.
Please avoid submitting new support requests about this issue. We’ll post all updates here and on this article.
This issue is annoying enough that it makes it impossible to keep the streak for all finished courses without speed review. Ten minutes before the next day, and I’m left with half of the routine courses broken.
