[Resolved] Forcing typing in review vs learning

I notice these so-called “userscripts” to force typing don’t actually force typing but prevent multiple-choice questions. How do you force a course that has disabled typing to present typing? It seems unfathomable to me that a course of vocabulary items would EXCLUDE typing. How else are you going to learn? You can’t just use multiple-choice exclusively.

Anyway, I want to be able to digest 5000 words, but multiple-choice is not the way.

How do i force typing? I can’t seem to find the correct object in MEMRISE.garden.session

Would you please link the course URL you try to learn and review where typing is not working?

This course is labeled “no typing”.
Seems to work for me.

No, I am not the owner or a course contributor of the two linked courses, so I can not really check the course settings.

But it works perfectly to have typing mode activated on reviews (if this is turned on in the settings on the left panel for REVIEWS) with Cooljingle’s “all typing” user script: [Userscript] Memrise all typing

I re-tested it with this course (no typing) Prepositions, Contractions(… - by jaimebrasil - Memrise today for the level 3 and all 25 planted words (Over-watering).

After 3-4 hours I can also try the “classic review” with typing.

UPDATE 12/17/2018: Positive, I could review (water) all 25 recently words as usual.
