Refund Help Needed

Hello,

I didn’t know I was signed up for automatic renewals and I did not receive a reminder about it. I just got a notification that the subscription cost was taken out of my bank and I am in the negative now. All I keep getting from memrise is automated responses that are not helpful. I just want my subscription canceled and a refund so I’m not in the negative anymore. I need that money for the bus to work all next week…Any help is appreciated!
