I have set to learn 20 new words per session, however every time I complete a session with new words, it shows I have only done half the work and I have to learn again before the words are marked as learnt. Has anybody else noticed the same problem and why is it so?

same problem with memrise chinese 2 course… at first no word was saved so had to make it 2 times… now only half are saved… but i only have problems with the memrise created course… user created courses work just fine
I thought it was a feature of the app - for me it started once I began using the app. Now I’m back on PC and JLPT 1-3 and HSK 6 are working just fine, but the official Italian 1-3 courses still suffer the same affliction. Unless it is indeed by design?

i do not use the app… tryed it once ages ago and seemed useless … i do not think it is related to the design @MemriseSupport
i tagged the support, let’s hope they will offer an answer …
I posted the problem 6days ago with a hardcopy for native english → german, but nothing happend…

Where to report this bug? I have the same issue: all words learnt will repeat and I have to do the same words again. In my bug there is a variation though: 1 new word (not learnt) is added to the 5 words I have already learnt.
