I’ve downloaded two Chinese courses to use offline, and now they’ve disappeared! I still have my progress, but the courses aren’t downloaded and I can’t use them offline, even if I try to download them again. What’s gone wrong? I paid for Memrise Pro entirely for the offline functionality after downloading it too late, and I can’t believe it’s not working.
