Negative Email After Missing One Day

I’m a Memrise newbie, but I just wanted to make a quick observation. So far, I missed only one day of the course I am taking (American Sign Language), and I received an email reminding me to practice on the day I missed. What I noticed was that the email had a rather negative feel to it. Rather than being encouraging, the email said something along the lines of “if we don’t have time, we’re not going to bother learning a new language. With Memrise, it only take 5 minutes a day” or something like that. For some reason, it really made me start to dislike the app. I believe that if it was a little bit more encouraging (I’ve used other language apps that send me an email when I miss a day saying, “We Miss You!” and I felt more compelled and motivated to learn), then maybe I’d be more motivated. Right now, I am debating whether or not to completely delete my account and uninstall the app since it has been impressed upon me that Memrise doesn’t care for my business.

I’ve changed the title and moved this to Web Bugs to increase chances of Memrise staff seeing it.
