Hi, “memrise.com” company took money from mine credit card on Jun 11, but I canceled my memrise pro membership before than 1 week ago, about on 2-5 Jun, and now when I’m clicking this link " https://www.memrise.com/premium/refunds/ "
I see on the screen this text
" You don’t have any subscriptions eligible for refund." How can I refund my money I need help about this subject.
It says in the description " Refunds are only available within the first 30 days of a purchase ". But I cant see any refunds option when I’m click the link, And it was only 2 days.
You should report it immediately to your credit card company as an unauthorized charge, and demand that they do a chargeback of the funds against Memrise.
You should also definitely follow up, and file a report with the department of consumer affairs, and with the government fair trade authority in your state/province/country.
I think you should give the Memrise team a few days to respond and a chance to resolve this before making a complaint to the CC company. If the CC company receives too many complaints it might meen Mem will not be able to accept CC in the future or their charges would increase.
As a side note, when one cancels their subscriptions and it has been received and accepted it should show on the https://www.memrise.com/settings/premium/ page:
“Your Pro subscription has been cancelled. Your access to Pro expires on…”
As Alter8 said, you might give Memrise a few days, en ask them for help by tagging @MemriseMatty (just done).
There might be a perfectly logical explanation, though it’s strange that they made a charge after you had already cancelled.
I glad to hear these, Thanks for informations and give ideas, I will wait here for fixing my refund problem
