Do you have an example of such a case?
Theoretically, this shouldn’t be happening, because all cells’ contents are enclosed into " ". There might be some issue with escaping characters, but I can’t think of one from the top of my head, and the last time I checked the entries with commas and quotation marks were working just fine.

Oh, I didn’t try importing into Anki. I just noticed it in Excel. I’ll test later to see if it causes any problems with import.

I just tried this course, and Excel seems to interpret all the entries with commas just fine, without splitting them into several columns.

Could you please post a screenshot of the settings you used when importing the .csv file into Anki?
Did you put the ..._media folder created by the extension into the collection.media folder, or did you move the files from inside the ..._media in there?
Also, which course have you been trying to download, and how exactly do you check if the audio is being played or not?

Ok, so the problem is that you are using Basic (and reversed card) Note Type for importing, which does not have enough fields for storing media references, which is why they are getting ignored.
If you use the Basic (and reversed card with media) Note Type provided by the extension, you should be able to map all the fields appropriately:
(if you don’t want to import video, you can change Field 4 to be <ignored>)

However, if you only want to be tested by Anki in the ru->fr direction, there is no point in using a template with a reversed card. For that, I suggest using Basic (with media) Note Type and mapping the fields like this:
In this case you also will have to modify the template (Tools → Manage Note Types → select Basic (with media) → Cards) to move the audio field to the back of the card:

If you imported the Anki deck from the extension folder, the needed Note Types should already be in your Anki, so you can just choose them from the list during import.

This is probably because Anki prevents creating duplicate notes, and you already have imported the ones in the table in your previous attempts. You should either delete the previously imported notes or set up Anki to import the data regardless of existing duplicates:

Btw, I noticed an issue with the naming of some video files in the course you linked, so I pushed a bug fix.
If you plan on using the video files you might want to update the extension and redownload the course.
