Any bot activity had nothing to do with Memrise. Perhaps that user did have multiple accounts, that’s on them. The activity seems to have ceased now, so it’s not worth us spending more time on.

Any kind of a follow-up would be nice at this point, otherwise what was the point of saying this?

We’re very sorry no one got back to you, Ben got covid the next day and it was Christmas so this matter wasn’t at the top of our minds. In addition the matter seemed to resolve itself so no action was needed.
As such we have done nothing and will do nothing and consider this matter closed. Thank you for your enquiry.
