Hi,
In the most recent update of memrise, about half the time I complete a chapter, if I ignored words in that chapter, memrise won’t realize I’ve actually completed that chapter, will attempt to start learning new words from that chapter, then throw an error when it finds no new words in that chapter. While I can still learn new words by manually selecting the chapter each time I want to learn new words, my “learn new words” button is functionally broken now.

Also after logout, clear cache, login again? If yes, tag memrisematty and ask him to look into it.
Also helps to tell which course you are working on where you have this issue, because that is what they always ask (I’m not always sure why, but perhaps the can correct something in the database)
BTW: there is another bug reported recently, similar to yours: Can’t load new learning session
Okay. Thanks for the help! I tried logging out, clearing cache, and logging in again, but it didn’t work.
The course I’m having trouble with is “Tobira Gateway to Advanced Japanese” by Sputnik1220. The sections labeled “第８課 | 読み物” and “第８課 | 読み物 (漢字)” (sections 86 and 87) have no unlearned words but don’t appear as completed, which I believe is causing the error. It sounds like it may be the same bug as reported on the other thread.
