Korean 1 - Videos Not Working

New user here. Started “Korean 1” course today.

9 out of 10 times a video prompt comes up it fails to play and instead says: “The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.”

I’m using Firefox on Windows 7, plugins disabled.
