In Japanese module when it asks to match sounds to alphabet letters it shows English version of the letter instead of Japanese one. E.g. it would say “Ni” and then show “Ni (hiragana)” as one of the answers. Not “に”, but literally “Ni (hiragana)”.
The same is with reverse exercises - it would show “Ni (hiragana)” (literally, this) and then have three sound options to select from.
Obviously, it should be showing actual Japanese letters in both cases.
Is there a hope for hearing anything back on the issue from anyone at Memrise?
To word the issue differently - about a third of exercises in the entry-level Japanese module are broken, rendering the whole module worthless. One would think this would warrant at least a “we are looking into it” reply from the devs, no?
I’m afraid NO, thinking a member of staff will answer your above post is not what I’d expect from Memrise!
Because:
A) Memrise are not great communicators on this forum
and
B) Your post is too vague without the name or link to the course

Otherwise the course creator will need to be contacted to make any changes.
