solved it by deleting the bugged entries entirely and re entering them from scratch.
if you are having and issue were the possible answers reveal the answer or the answer is wrong but you have fixed it but it still accepts the wrong answer you can do what i did or you can ask DrewSSP with @ he has a script if you know how to do that.
