How to create a case insensitive course?

I think a bug got fixed and now a course I maintain is case-sensitive where it used to not be so.

Is there a way to make a course or chapter case insensitive?

You can make a column case insensitive, but at the same time it will become accent insensitive etc.

To do so you need to go to course edition screen, then click on a column that you are tested on and then unmark ‘Mark Typing Strictly’.
