I’m not able to complete the course because for some reason whenever I try to “Learn New Words” it comes up with an error message. @fanny_sta
Hi @clivejranderson. This sounds like this issue → Grammar sections show up as not done even after completing on mobile - #3 by Lyklar. To resolve this issue, you you will need to ignore the Grammar levels on web to fix this (simply click on a Grammar level on web and then select ‘Ignore this level’).

My apologies for just responding to this. I haven’t been on in a while. However I don’t believe that is the issue. I am being impeded by an error from completing the French 2 Course. I have learned 465/473 words according to the numbers on the UI but I cannot learn the last 8 because every time I try to “Learn New Words” I get this
Any help I can get on this would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @clivejranderson, I’ve looked into your account and can see that the Grammar levels weren’t ignored on web for French 2. This has now been done for you, so the course should be marked as complete 
Rest assured there were no words left on the course to learn. Hope this helps!

For some reason it still shows that I haven’t complete the course on the Web but I did discover that it is complete as a result of viewing the course on the phone. Thank you for your help!
