But, regarding your question, I believe you are doing the old Japanese course because the current version is a bit different. And I tested the sentence, using the preview in both versions, and in the old one the audio is incorrect, but in the new one, it is correct. I do not know if Memrise still makes patches in the old version.

Correcting the previous post:
Only now I realized that you are doing Japanese 3 for American English speakers. The examples I posted before were for British English speakers.
I can find the current version for American English, but the old version is “hidden” for new users (unless I have already added it to my account or have the link).
But anyway, I think you’re doing the old version, because the phrase has kanji’s in the new version. And as the new version exists, I believe the old version is no longer fixed.
