I have noticed this as well, you also get this on courses which will mark you wrong when the right answer has 2-3 choices and you don’t pick the one memrise wanted, this is extremely annoying
I encountered this problem recently for one “word”. Screenshots at the bottom of this post.

I haven’t touched the course.
I was unable to find any duplicates.

The duplicated word should now be replaced with a different word.

There’s nothing I can do about that.
In the course, both images have the exact same location.
The Multiple Choice was not generated correctly.
OK. Thanks. I was just concerned in case it was from a course of mine. I haven’t encountered anything like that with it, though.
