Dead audio records

In particular, occurring in the following course.
https://www.memrise.com/course/46/1000-words-of-elementary-german

For instance, there are two audio records for the word “die Möglichkeit”.

The second one works, but for the first one won’t play.

I’m on macOS High Sierra 10.13.2, Firefox 57.0.3 (64-bit), but I don’t think that matters.
