Hyphens didn’t work, now they worked. Now some perfectly fine answers aren’t accepted at all… wonderful. Getting this issue with compound Kanji words, but not with single Kanji words. Memrise devs please stop breaking your site.
I have a similar problem.
From the day I started to use, I have noticed no improvement and continuos bug introduction, overall evoluting to a less desirable platform. Missing buttons to feedback wrong words or bugs just from the place they are produced instead of going to forums and find out…
We’ve deployed a fix, could you check whether this still happens?
Thank you for your patience.
Working fine again. Thank you for the fast fix.
Working again for me too. Thank you.
It looks like everything is working fine. Thank you for fixing it quickly!
Looks good! Thanks for the hot fix!
It is still not working. // 5000 words sorted by frequency (strict typing)
Thanks for the promptness of this fix.
For me the fix ist not complete. I do russian courses and it only works, when I have just words to type. Looks like the answere always is marked yellow when there is a “,” or “?” or so.
Still no go… 5000 words sorted by frequency (strict typing)
Still happening with German: 5000 words sorted by frequency (strict typing).
I have encountered this problem just now during review on my German courses.
Any item where more than one word is to be typed is marked wrong and I can’t progress from the retyping screen.
Actually on further inspection, it’s not items with more than one word that set it off - I have a lot of nouns with articles that work fine.
The items that are broken seem to involve full stops. I have a few courses that use … to signify where you can insert words and these are for the first time today causing a problem.
Could I have some examples of some words and the courses link?
We are aware of this issue, it is related to this thread and this thread.
Thank you.
I’m using this course a lot
Items causing issues seem to be anything with punctuation
I had this issue on review
I’m now unable to learn this term from Level 9
It just won’t move on.
A question mark also seems to be a problem
That item is from my own course. I don’t really want to remove question marks from questions though…
