been reading about Membot feature.
i’m a premium member but i cannot find membot anyehere on either the web login or on the android app.

Same here. I´ve tried on the app for IOS (properly updated) and on web. Nothing
apparently it’s not yet available for all languages.

The MemBot is currently not available to all users, which we are working on as quick as we can
Hopefully by early next week we will have it on all languages, but the other limitation is you have to be on the Early Access version of Memrise which older users will not be. We are working as fast as we can to make it available to older users by rounding off bugs that affect the users who go from classic to early access.
If you’d like to try the membot in the meantime you can try this demo mission in Spanish Memrise

Good luck, James_g and God speed! It has been frusterating being a legacy user, stuck without this feature, whilst my wife who subscribed one month later has it. It is a really cool addition to the platform and I am excited to try it some time soon!

Rcvd email today about the great new feature, but like others it’s not there for me. Would seem older users would have been first to receive, not last??

As I said above we are working hard on making the new Memrise experience available to all our older users, we were able to start rolling out to new users as they don’t have any legacy work to transition over which is what we’re working on for our older users.

looking fwd to a full version beyond the limited test sample.
I received an email today about the fantastic new function, but unlike others, I can’t access it. It would appear that older users would have received information first, not last?
This is beyond frustrating that Memrise keeps advertising this feature, but people who have been paying for the program and are loyal customers still don’t have access to it. If I cancel my account and resubscribe, would that fix it? I hate to do that because I’m subscribed on a Black Friday deal and have a year-long membership.

Love Memrise, but agree that this issue needs to be a priority fix.
