I’m also experiencing similar problems on android after logging out and logging back in which clears the downloaded courses and means they have to be reloaded (I am a Pro member). I have a really good signal and other content such as YouTube will download to my phone. Strangely some courses will download but others, particularly larger courses with audio, will not. I can use the features on-line, even in the courses that will not download. Very strange.
