Just as an introduction, I’ve been using Memrise for a little over a month, and I think it’s great; particularly for conversational Japanese, and when speaking (I use Duolingo and Anki flashcards in tandem with Memrise, but they’re mostly better for reading and writing).
Anyway, it’s been bugging me for a while because I cannot progress beyond Japanese 0.
I’ve learnt 205/207 words, but I can’t learn any new words! Whenever I click on the “learn new words” section, it comes up with a loading screen and then an error message saying, “Whoops. Could not load the session. Sorry”. (as you can hopefully see from the images below) This is getting very annoying, as I can’t progress and learn anything new anymore! Is there anything I can do about this, or do I have to upgrade to memrise Pro or something?
I’ve seen some other people have had similar issues, so I’d be interested to hear your experiences with this! Thanks in advance!

This is a bug I have already described, and I also told the Japanese expert at Memrise. You can skip and continue your learning while the bug is being solved. That is, if you have learned 205 words, your Japanese 0 course is complete, and you can start a new course.
