Levels I had previously preveiwed show up, but nothing new will load. The same thing for a user created (community) course; Advanced Japanese Vocabuary. Also Memrise is missing from Google Play Store.

It will help the staff if you could clarify if this is on the web or on the app and which system you are using.

Also could you give some screen shots, please.

And you might want to visit their official thread (and possible move it to)

I can try to do that for you @StanleyParker71 if you’d like.

However it sounds like a bug (in which case it should be reported under the appropriate category for bugs) or possibly a problem with your ‘computer’ as I would have expected to have been noticed before.

Have you tried logging out and in again?

My problem is on the Android app on a Samsung tablet SM-T113. Androif ver. 4.4.4 I was looking at that official thread and thought was where I was posting, but I’ve never participated on a memrise forum before. I tried logging out and back in again but nothing changed. Since I can open levels I had looked at before I tried going to the desktop app, which I almost never use, and opened a level I’m now locked out of on the Android app and learned 5 new words, creating mems, then going back to the tablet, but it still wouldn’t load, although it showed the progress I had just earned. I hope screenshots will help clarify. Thank You.

Thank for the extra information, which should help the MemRise staff.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems.

I will try to flag this up as a bug, but obviously the MemRise team are busy and probably working from home at the moment.

Hi @StanleyParker71,

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately Memrise is no longer supported on Android 4.4 or earlier. We advise updating your Android version to 5+ if possible.

More info in the article below:

Apologies for any inconvenience.
