Accessing "create a course"

I’m unable to create a course and a link brought me here.
Being shown this screen // switched browsers and error still occured:

Hi @HazelFrazel,

It’s been like that for a while now. You should be able to create a course using the Decks website.

Oh, I see. I haven’t used Memrise in ages now but thought I’d come back and start using it again and wow it has changed A LOT.

Hi @HazelFrazel,

It sure has! We now have two versions (currently running in parallel until the end of April). After that, the plan is that the Memrise site will only host their ‘official’ courses. All our ‘user-created’ courses will be hosted on the sister site “Decks”. The course creation tool there is the same as the one which used to be available to us on the Memrise site.

They intend to give us a Decks app later in the year, too.
