Hello @Jarekt: , Why this category not appear automatically on files that checked as featured on arwiki? See for example File:Rembrandt - The Anatomy Lesson of Dr Nicolaes Tulp.jpg, you can found (category:Featured pictures on Wikipedia, Persian + category:Featured pictures on Wikipedia, English) appears automatically, but the Arabic one not.
